Refund policy

We make our products with passion and hoping everyone would enjoy it. We pack our products carefully to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. If something seems amiss or you are in any way unsatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure a happy conclusion.

We do not refund for a change of mind. However if you have particular reason please contact us.

Shipping costs are non­refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ynut.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will instruct on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund can only be made back to the credit card that used for the original purchase.(or original method of payment). Approved refunds may take 5-14 working days to be processed, depending on your bank processing times.

Please note that orders through special promotions are final sales, therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, products must be mostly unused, or in the case of damaged items in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please identify the receipt/order number or proof of purchase. Shipping cost for returning order is sender's responsibility.
