Shipping policy

NZ domestic delivery

All orders are sent from Auckland. We will ship your order within 2 working day of receiving your order. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. However if you order on Friday, there is a chance we send the order the following Monday.

Saturday delivery requires an additional ticket which costs $6.0. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to discuss prior to placing your order.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address, please provide a physical address.

(Free) Pick up at Howick Village Market (Saturday 8am-12.30pm)- We will contact you via email/phone to confirm the date

(Free) Pick up at Clevedon Village Farmers Market (Sunday 8am-1pm)- We will contact you via email/phone to confirm the date

$12 Great Barrier Island

Note: Rural delivery, normally take up to 3 days longer depending on courier routes.

If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference. If you are not sure about rural address, use Address and Postcode finder If more than one result shows and one of them includes RD number - this is the correct one and should be used.

We use a variety of couriers for delivery. Their target delivery timeframes are 1-2 working days for North Island locations and 2-3 working days for South Island and Island to Island locations. However that will be an estimate only. 

Please note once a parcel has been picked up it is out of our control. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned as "delivered". We also are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, or parcels delayed in transit. However we are happy to assist with tracking the parcel if you have any issue.

International delivery

At this stage we do not dispatch order internationally. However if you would like to share ynut snack with beloved ones outside of New Zealand, please contact us at hello@ynut.co.nz for a shipping quote.
