Lightly roasted macadamias in a premium Belgian milk chocolate shell, coated with cocoa powder. A silky cream and crunch sensation, very moreish.
We use "Callebaut"; finest Belgian milk chocolate, made from 100% sustainable cocoa beans. Contains min. 33.6% cocoa solids 33.6% and min. 20.8% milk solids. Callebaut is also in partnership with theCocoa Horizons Foundation. The smooth cocoa body with its sweet, caramelly notes coated on macadamias gives a good balanced creamy texture and flavour. Finished with cocoa powder.
We source locally grown, spray-free macadamia nuts from Matakana Coast. Each nut is lightly roasted prior to chocolate coating to maintain freshness.
